Is There a Curse of Ula'tek Campaign Skip?

Yes, but the verified scope matters. Blizzard's August 25 hotfix says it fixed an issue that prevented Soridormi from offering the Legacy of the Amani campaign chapter skip. That is the clearest official statement currently available.

It is not evidence that every chapter in the complete Curse of Ula'tek story can be marked complete at once. Treat the option as a chapter-level alt convenience. Your character may still need to begin or complete later 12.1 progression, especially when a later unlock is tied to a specific campaign step.

Where Is the 12.1 Alt Skip?

Talk to Soridormi in Silvermoon and check her campaign dialogue on the alt you want to advance. The available option can vary with account and character progress, so read the chapter name before accepting.

No coordinates are required for this answer. If Soridormi has no relevant dialogue, first verify that the account has completed the prerequisite story on another character and that the alt is in the correct campaign state.

What Does the Skip Actually Skip?

Keep four kinds of progress separate:

• Legacy of the Amani: This is the chapter Blizzard explicitly names in the Soridormi hotfix.
• The full Curse of Ula'tek campaign: Later chapters and their unlock steps are not automatically covered by that statement.
• Account-wide access: Some zone or system access can carry across the account after it is earned once.
• Character-specific progress: Quest-log state, chapter completion, rewards, and certain follow-ups may still belong to the individual character.

This distinction prevents the most common mistake: seeing an account-wide unlock and assuming the alt's campaign log has also been fully completed.

Campaign Skip Not Showing?

Work through these checks in order:

1. Confirm the prerequisite campaign progress was completed on another character on the same account.

3. Return to Soridormi and review every available campaign dialogue option.

If the option is still absent, continue from the campaign step shown in the quest log rather than abandoning unrelated quests or flying to unverified coordinates.

Do Alts Need to Repeat the Entire Campaign?

Do not assume every alt must repeat every step, and do not assume every step disappears. Warband-style account progress and chapter skips reduce repetition, while individual chapters can still have their own eligibility and progression rules.
